| Specifications: This is truly a remarkable machine, we believe it is the most flexible machine of its kind available on the market today. A primary, secondary crusher with a screen placed in either closed or open circuit allows the client to produce either two or one product at high tonnage. All this on one track mounted frame.The LT1213S can accept 800mm feed material and will produce 100% passing 19mm, it can also accept 75mm feed and produce 19mm, production varies from 120 tonnes per hour to 320 tonnes per hour, depending on the feed material and if the machine is placed in closed or open circuit. It is worth noting that Screenmasters have proven that the screen on the LT1213S is more effective than some mobile 20x5 and 16x5 screens. As a full process plant, LT1213S crushes the feed material in the efficient NP1213M impact crusher. After crushing, the material is screened with the inclined screen, from where the oversized material is returned to the crusher by the return conveyor. In addition to this closed circuit crushing process, LT1213S can also be utilized in an open circuit process to make two different end product sizes.
