As a full process plant, LT1213S crushes the feed material in the efficient NP1213M impact crusher. After crushing, the material is screened with the inclined screen,from where the oversized material is returned to the crusher by the return conveyor. In addition to this closed circuit crushing process, LT1213S can also be utilized in an open circuit process to make two different end product sizes. For servicing and screen mesh change, the LT1213S screen can be opened easily using hydraulic lowering system.The LT1213S can accept 800mm feed material and will produce 100% passing 19mm, it can also accept 75mm feed and produce 19mm, production varies from 120 tonnes per hour to 320 tonnes per hour depending on the feed material type and if the machine is placed in closed or open circuit.
