The new Nordberg LT95 delivers a new size class in the mobile crushing plant series for contractors. Being compact, efficient, and intelligent, LT95 meets the challenges of contract crushing today, combining excellent mobility, high crushing capacity and good availability.

The Nordberg LT95 crushes all feed materials equally effectively, from hard rock to all mineral based demolition materials, opening up new business opportunities. The unit can achieve crushing capacities of up to 300 mtph.

Advanced intelligence with the new IC500

LT95 incorporates a highly advanced, intelligent process control system, the new Nordberg IC500, as a standard feature. The IC500 controls and adjusts all the key parameters in the process for optimum crushing results, and also has the ability to learn.

For the operator the new IC500 is very user-friendly. The whole crushing process starts simply by pressing a single button. The interactive display gives online information of the status in different process stages.

And environmental aspects have not been forgotten either. The new Cummins diesel engine is electronically controlled reducing fuel consumption and exhaust gas emissions. A complete dust suppression system is available, as well as several other options to optimise the unit for the specific needs of different crushing applications.
