The Lokotrack LT1415 is a track-mounted, self propelled, diesel engine powered primary crushing unit. Robust construction enables the application of the LT1415 in the toughest of rock sites. It is part of the New Generation of Lokotracks recently launched by Metso Minerals.

A powerful undercarriage system makes the Lokotrack LT1415 manoeuvrable. The unit combines constant high crushing capacity, a broad range of process options and excellent operator-friendliness with the newest dust and noise reductions options. It is the ideal machine for high capacity contracting jobs due to the low transport height, which enables easy transport on a standard trailer.

The LT1415 is built around the powerful, proven Nordberg NP Series impact crusher, which can crush medium hard rock types such as limestone, as well as all rock based recycled materials. The NP1415 crusher features a large feed opening to avoid bridging, a unique triple wedge hammer retention system for simple and quick locking of wedges, and heavy duty construction for a long and reliable service life.

To meet your precise application requirements, the Lokotrack LT1415 can be equipped with a pan feeder/scalper or optionally with a roller grizzly capable of handling the most viscous feed materials.

The LT1415 can also be equipped with the optional, highly efficient two-deck screen and product conveyors. This would enable the production of one or two calibrated end products. When equipped with the circulation conveyor, the screen oversize fractions can be returned to the crusher.
