Two machines in one

The Lokotrack LT105S mobile crushing plant is a good example of Metso Minerals’ commitment to product development that follows customer needs. The Lokotrack LT105S really offers two machines in one: It is equipped with an integrated, detachable screening unit that makes it possible to produce two aggregate grades in single-stage crushing.

The screening unit is disconnected in minutes, allowing the Lokotrack LT105S to be used as a normal primary crushing unit without the screen. The LT105S is also a very effective solution in recycle applications since the magnetic separator is located before the screen.

Easy to transport

Like the entire contractor range, the compact transport measurements and weight allows the LT105S to be moved easily as a single unit on a standard trailer. On the crushing site, the LT105S operates fully independently due to diesel powering and robust tracks.

The standard equipment includes a powerful diesel engine, efficient variable-speed vibrating grizzly feeder, large capacity feed hopper, by-pass chute, main conveyor system and efficient screen plus two product conveyors.

The crusher is once again the well proven Nordberg C Series C105 jaw crusher. For different feed materials, you can easily adjust the crusher to find the most productive setting. From the factory tested selection, you will always find the most suitable wear parts.
